SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• We're currently offering free postage for all orders delivered within the Netherlands.
• For our EU customers, postage and packing charges will be applied at €12.50 per order.
Rest of the world
• Charges for the rest of the world are €21.50 per order.
As a general guide, dispatched items are usually delivered according to the guidelines below:
The Netherlands 2-3 days
Europe 4-8 days
Rest of world 8-18 days

The prices on our website are quoted inclusive of VAT at 21% (in Dutch 'BTW'). For orders from customers with a shipping address outside of the EU, VAT will be deducted during the checkout.
If the item(s) you ordered are in stock, they will be shipped out as soon as payment is confirmed. You will be emailed a confirmation of payment and once the items has shipped you will receive a tracking number.
We do our best to keep our site up to date with product sizes, colors and styles currently in stock. If we are out of stock on a certain style, size or color that you ordered, we will email you right away.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your items(s) we will be happy to offer you a full refund within 14 days of purchase. All products are returnable for a refund, exchange or store credit. In order to do this the item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for returns and so when choosing a delivery service to return the item(s) we recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
Once the item(s) have been received in good condition back here at Doendoe, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know and will then follow up with confirmation that the refund/exhange process has been initiated.

Each product may have very slight variances to the pictured item, because each product is unique.
The actual color of the item may be slightly different from the picture, which is only a representation of the item’s style. The monitor used can significantly darken or change the displayed picture of the item, and there may also be some slight differences due to hand-dying process.
